Jakub Kulisa
Architect
CEO
Jakub is an architect who spent several years working at BIG, contributing to some of the most futuristic projects in the world. He was awarded First Prize in the eVolo Skyscraper Competition, one of the most prestigious awards in high-rise architecture. Jakub studied at CUT, Politecnico di Milano, and Columbia University. He is also a passionate freeride skier with an instructor’s license and an avid backpacker who has traveled to more than 60 countries.
Piotr Papiez
Software ENGINEER
CTO
Piotr is a highly analytical individual with a passion for algorithmic problem-solving. He excelled in mathematics, winning the national Olympiad, and graduated from the prestigious computer science program at AGH University where he also conducted AI research. His career has spanned top companies like Goldman Sachs and Google, where he honed his skills as Software Engineer. Piotr is also a sailor and scuba diver and enjoys discovering unknown corners of the world.
Best friends turned into founders
The story of Parcel AI begins with two best friends and a shared ambition. We met over a decade ago and quickly bonded over our fascination with design, technology, and the countless ways they could shape the world around us. Over the years, we pursued our passions in different fields but stayed closely connected. It became increasingly clear to us that while technology was transforming every industry, architecture and urban planning were lagging behind. Drawing on our unique backgrounds, we were selected by Techstars from over 1,500 applications, which propelled us to continue growing our company. In just a few months, we have already helped our clients significantly streamline the development process. But this is just the beginning. We are on a mission to design more livable, efficient, and sustainable cities.

We believe the best solutions come from a deep understanding of the problem. Jakub is an architect who honed his skills at BIG, working alongside Bjarke Ingels one of the greatest architects of our time. Piotr is a software engineer who refined his craft at Google. Both of us succeeded in joining top companies in our respective industries, overcoming rigorous selection processes with acceptance rates below 1%.
